Margaret formerly served as the Chief Development Officer at Nashville International Airport, operated by the Metropolitan Nashville Airport Authority (MNAA) where she led all revenue generation functions, aeronautical and non-aeronautical, for the BNA and JWN airports. During her 3+ year tenure at MNAA, a few of Margaret’s accomplishments included:
 - Managed P3 solicitation of an upper-upscale on-airport hotel, designed, built, financed, operated and maintained by 3rd party;
- Transitioned BNA concessions program from prime concessionaire model to developer model;
- Launched BNA Shop, a profitable online merchandising program and the linchpin to BNA’s trademark protection strategy;
- Secured development of a 75 acre non-aeronautical parcel of land resulting in estimated 39M of additional revenue to MNAA. Margaret began her career in aviation as an attorney at MNAA in 2009, and has enjoyed the challenge of applying her legal experience to her business role. In between her roles at MNAA, Margaret was Senior Counsel for Regulatory Affairs at Asurion, where she supported the AT&T business relationship and multiple retail clients. Prior to entering the aviation world, Margaret worked as an attorney at Metro Legal and the Metro Public Health Department.
