Jeana Littrell

I have been with FedEx Express since February 2000 and currently serves as a vice president in the legal department responsible for litigation. My teams and I have handled litigation and compliance initiatives in the areas of employment, cargo, benefits, bankruptcy, anti-trust, and commercial transactions following a unique inhouse litigation model that relies almost exclusively on inhouse resources. My responsibilities also include serving as Chair of the FedEx Express U.S. Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion Council, sponsoring the Multi-Faith Employee Affinity Group and the LGBT & Friends Employee Affinity Group. I am a four-time winner of the Five Star, FedEx’s highest award for outstanding performance. I have served in a number of leadership roles for professional and community organizations including as a member of the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors for the Women’s Foundation for a Greater Memphis, president of the Memphis/Mid-South Chapter of the Federal Bar Association, and Chair of the Magistrate Retention and Selection Committee for the United States District Court for the Western District of Tennessee. I received my undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Memphis. I have two daughters, Katie and Lydia, and two granddaughters, Eva Sophia and Annalise.
