The IAWA Room Block cut off date at the JW Marriott in Sao Paulo, Brazil, was September 25, and the hotel may no longer be able to offer the discounted group rate.

Visa Requirements

Brazil's visa requirements vary depending on your nationality. Please check what applies to the country that issued your passport. General information on visas for foreigners traveling to Brazil can be found here.

Passport holders from Australia, Canada, and the USA must apply for an electronic Visa via the official portal: https://brazil.vfsevisa.com/. We strongly encourage attendees to apply early. The process is quick and straightforward, requiring:

  • A signed passport, valid through the end of your stay in Brazil) with at least 2 blank visa pages

  • A completed online visa application form

  • A passport-style photo (2" x 2", white background)

  • Payment of the e-Visa fee
