IAWA has connected generations of aviation and aerospace leaders through relationships, mentorship, scholarships, professional development, and a global community. Individual giving allows those who have benefited from that community to help sustain it for the next generation.  

Every gift matters because every donor matters. Giving is open to everyone in the industry and beyond — IAWA membership is not required.
