Auriel Rawlings is the Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion Advisor for FedEx Express, covering 103 countries and territories and 40,000 team members across the Asia Pacific, Middle East and Africa (AMEA) region. She oversees diversity and inclusion strategy and creates programming and initiatives to promote awareness of our DEI efforts and identify opportunity areas of focus.
She has developed regional company-wide diversity and inclusion initiatives, working with human resources to develop talent pipelines, diversity metrics and reporting along with overseeing training and development programs.
Auriel has a Master’s of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations from the University of Tennessee, and a certificate from Yale School of Management Executive Education Program in Fostering Diversity and Inclusion. She has also successfully completed Harvard Business School’s Corporate Training for Change Management. Auriel is a member of the American Business Council and The International Alliance for Women (TIAW).
Auriel has served a panelist for Women in Technology International (WITI) Organization, as well as a moderator for the U.S. National Coalition Woman Empowerment Summit. Most recently, Auriel was named as a Woman Worth Watching by the Diversity Journal Publication. This award highlights women leading the way to excellence in the workplace, the marketplace, and the world.
Auriel is a native of Memphis, TN domiciled in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
