2012 Farnborough Reception
Airbus will be sponsoring an IAWA reception on July 11th from 16:30 to 18:30 during the Farnborough International Airshow. Guests will be welcomed at the Airbus Tent with a visit to an Airbus aircraft on display, followed by cocktails at the EADS Pavillion.
IAWA is reminding all Farnborough Reception participants that aircraft display changes has resulted in the upcoming IAWA regional reception schedule to changed. The revised schedule for the Wednesday, July 11th Farnborough International Airshow is:
16.30 EADS Pavilion (Hospitality entrance) Cocktails
17:00 Welcome speeches
18:30 End of event
The schedule changes mean EADS will be organizing a display aircraft visit from 16:00 to 16:30 - If interested, please register with Ghyslaine Vidal (limited space) by email to ghyslaine.vidal@airbus.com
Important - You must have a badge to enter the EADS Pavilion
Prior to the reception, badges for entrance in the EADS Pavilion will be distributed July 11th at the EADS Pavilion. Please refer to the hostesses at the entrance reception desks (Hospitality Entrance). The EADS Pavilion is located on space OE13 and the closest entrance gates to it are Gate D and Gate E.
